Vabel works on development projects with a GDV between £10m and £100m. Our developments are design-led mixed use or residential schemes in central London, where we feel we can use our core skills to create enhanced value.
Most of our portfolio consists of sites we have sourced and acquired through our extensive local network – we are typically appraising up to five schemes per week although transacting on a handful each year. On occasion we work with select third-party partners to take on the project execution role – utilising our core skills to deliver a better site value, and ultimately better returns to our investors and partners.
Vabel manages funds on behalf of private investors and family offices, deploying capital to opportunities that meet the strategy and investment criteria.
We have experience in all aspects of finance and structuring. We use our banking relationships and track record to obtain competitive finance with a conservative level of gearing. We always ensure our interests are fully aligned with our investors by making a direct equity investment into each transaction

Their role is to deliver the project, on time, on budget whilst nurturing and protecting the creative concept to realise the vision.
Vabel Construction performs the main contractor and construction management functions of the construction process.
We specialize in innovative procurement methods, drawing on our experience and technical expertise to find creative solutions that meet or improve our financial and design objectives.
Our construction site managers are a critical part of the execution, carefully coordinating site logistics, materials procurement and subcontractor sequencing and integration to ensure we meet our programme and cost plan
